Greetings!  I’m originally from Oshkosh, WI. and have resided in Lake Mills for the past 25 years. Even though I’m the newest agent here at Re/Max Community, I am no stranger to the real estate business. I have been involved in renovating historic properties here in Lake Mills. Our most famous renovation is that of the Fargo Mansion Inn. A historic home that we bought in 1985 as a condemned property, and completely rehabbed the building and turned into a Bed and Breakfast. We are in our 22^nd year as an Inn.  I consider my interpersonal skills one of my strongest points. Working with people comes not only from being and Innkeeper, but also as a retail manager for many years. Including being a clothing buyer and general manager for Marshall Field & Co. Another one of my personal accomplishments is that I went to school to become a certified Room Rearrange and interior designer. This really helps when working with clients who wish to sell or purchase a home. This expertise helps clients better understand their vision for a new home or getting their home ready to put on the market. This service is a no cost consultation when meeting with clients. The suggestion of a room rearrangement can make an old space look new and fresh again. This is usually accomplished with a fresh coat of paint, and re-staging the client’s personal belongings.
